Welcome to the Early Education Career Institute (EECI) student course portal—your home base for learning, support, and next steps.

Who we are

EECI is a mission-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit that builds a diverse, career-ready childcare workforce through accessible, high-quality training and stackable credentials. We serve early childhood educators, apprentices, and program leaders with practical instruction, clear expectations, and real-world tools you can use on the job.

What we do

We help you move from “interested” to “credentialed” to “career-ready” through training that fits working adults. Depending on your pathway, your experience may include:

  • DOL-registered apprenticeship support and coaching
