New Apprentice Intake and Orientation

New Apprentice Orientation & Intake is the required first step to start your apprenticeship. We confirm eligibility, collect required documents, review expectations, and set your timeline—so you leave with a clear checklist, next steps, and support contacts to stay on track.

Description

New Apprentice Orientation & Intake is the official starting point for your apprenticeship journey. In this session, we confirm your eligibility, review program expectations, and walk you through every step you’ll complete from enrollment to completion—so you know exactly what’s required and when. You’ll also learn how to access your learning platform, submit required documents, and stay on track with milestones, coaching, and support services.

During intake, we gather the information needed to build your apprentice file (including contact details, employment/placement information, and any funding documentation), identify any barriers that could slow progress, and create a clear next-steps plan. By the end, you’ll leave with your timeline, your checklist, and the support contacts you need to move forward confidently.
